CraitonTesting Software Testing is a fast and inexpensive way to find
out if your application complies with the high "Designed for Windows"
compatibility standards set by Microsoft
CraitonTesting will test your application using the test cases described in the Windows
XP Application Test Framework to make sure your application meets the
requirements described in the Designed for Windows Application Specification.
Testing can take up to 50 hours. After testing is completed, we will send you
the test results via email or on a CD.
Why do I need to test my software?
Testing against the requirements defined in the Designed for Windows Application
Specification ensures that you have designed your application to reduce
common customer issues. What results is lower support costs, fewer customer
returns, higher customer satisfaction, and so on. The "Designed for Windows"
logo on a software application indicates that:
- Your product will be stable when running on Windows.
- Your application can be installed and removed easily.
- The basic experience with your product and the operating system will be the same or better after upgrading to future versions of Windows.
- Your product will be listed in the Windows Catalog.
