CraitonTesting Motherboard Testing is a service for motherboard
manufacturers. It is a fast and inexpensive way to certify your line of
motherboards with the high "Designed for Windows" compatibility standards set
by Microsoft
We will test your motherboard against the "Designed for Windows" logo
requirements. This includes a large variety of tests and generally takes at
least 100 hours. CraitonTesting will address any failures and perform basic
problem resolution.
After testing is completed, we can either make a logo submission for you or
return the test results via email and provide assistance with the submission if
needed.
Why do I need to test my motherboard?
"Designed for Windows" testing ensures that your motherboard meets WHQL
compatibility requirements for Windows. Products that have been certified can
be expected to work well with Windows and give customers a better experience.
Testing your products drastically helps reduce costs (support and product
returns), verifies the quality of your hardware and reduces time to market.
Motherboards without a logo will not necessarily cause problems. However,
System Builders prefer certified boards as this will give them a certain
quality comfort. Motherboards that have not been tested may contain any number
of incompatibilities that can result in reduced functionality or instability of
Windows. CraitonTesting can identify these problems early and help you address
them before your customers call you for support.
