Microsoft Partner Program

The OEM Hardware Solutions Competency will enable hardware manufacturers to reach the Certified or Gold Certified Partner level in the Microsoft Partner Program. It will recognize your specialization and expertise in building PCs, servers and devices, and preinstalling Microsoft software.

For the new Partner Program you can earn 10-50 partner points per certification for software or hardware that has passed required software certification, verification, or validation, or Microsoft Windows Hardware Quality Labs requirements.

System Building Specialization
If your company builds and assembles PC or server hardware systems preinstalled with genuine Microsoft software and you provide key support services, you can gain special recognition and additional benefits by enrolling in the OEM Hardware Solutions Competency under the System Building Specialization.

Computer Device Manufacturing Specialization

If your company designs and manufactures hardware devices used as computer parts, peripherals or accessories, you can gain special recognition and additional benefits by enrolling in the OEM Hardware Solutions competency under the Computer Device manufacturing Specialization.

How can CraitonTesting contribute?

The following criteria contributes to attaining partner points towards the OEM Hardware Solutions Competency:

Offer a desktop or server system that has passed the "Designed for Windows Logo" program testing.

Partners who wish to enroll in the OEM Hardware Solutions Competency with the Device Manufacturing specialization are required to have a device that has passed testing for the "Designed for Windows Logo" program.
