Our passion is to improve hardware and software quality for any product that uses the Microsoft Windows operating system.

CraitonTesting is an independent hardware and software testing lab founded by several ex-Microsoft employees in 2000.

Our Services

Logo Testing Services

We test PC systems, devices and software for companies who wish to certify product(s) with the current Microsoft logo available for their product category. Testing is performed in one of our labs on actual hardware that you ship to us or systems that we assemble for you. This testing is called "pre-submission testing" because it prepares you for the submission (application for logo certification).

Quality Assessment Services

Certain products may be ineligible for the relevant logo program for various reasons. Nevertheless, they may be stable and provide full functionality with good usability when used with Windows. Our Device Quality Assessment and System Quality Assessment services are designed to scrutinize your product under the relevant product logo program. Instead of preparing for a submission we provide a detailed and comprehensive report that will give you a confidence level of quality and compatibility including a detailed failure analysis and steps to proceed.

Analysis Services

When you test your hardware product in-house you may get stuck for many reasons. Our Test Log Analysis service helps you back up to speed and take away doubts and confusion. We provide you with detailed failure analysis, troubleshooting steps and submission ready documentation for test kit errata.

Consulting Services

Our consulting services help your developers and test personnel resolve issues and comply with logo requirements. We have a long background in software and hardware development and are constantly staying up to date with new technologies and developments. We understand the requirements of the various logo programs and the qualification, testing and submission processes. Consulting services are automatically included in our Testing and Analysis services and are available as a custom service for anything logo related.
